Becoming Captain America after surgery part 9

Hey Guys and Gals,

Just thought I would post a quick update on where I’m at and whats going on.

Things are pretty much the same as they were before really. I still have to wait to be cleared by the doc on the second of August. Till then I’m stuck wit running and mobility work. On the plus side my endurance is improving and so is my flexibility. My weight is holding pretty steady and at this point I have no desire to lose any more at this point. Namely because I know a positive body composition change will occur when I start training again. Couple of quick thoughts to finish up.

If you’re going to cut out carbs then make sure you add in fat to even out your calories otherwise you won’t get the results you desire.
Coffee is great, drink it.
If you want to do the sport you love in 10 years, foam roll now.
Drink MORE water. Just do it…
