Pain Pit held their third event at the Newport Centre in Newport, Wales and it was topped by an intriguing bantamweight clash between Tillery Combat's Martin 'Mr Pink' McDonough (8-4) and Irishman Steve 'Taz' McCombe (14-17-1).

McCombe has fought some of the best lighter weight fighters in Europe, with over thirty bouts to his credit. However, his experience wasn't enough against the hungry youngster and McDonough snatched the win via submission in under three minutes of the first round to take home the Pain Pit title.

The heavyweight title fight between Trojan's Stu Austin and Newport MMA's Martin Vaughan ended in the third round, with Austin getting the stopage via TKO.

In the other pro bouts, Chris Tetly and Ash Beaumont got the wins over Mario Saeed and Radosław Klepczarek respectively.
