Biography
Cain Velasquez is a UFC heavyweight fighting out of American Kickboxing Academy.
Velasquez is a two time All-American wrestler - transferring his skills to MMA with some vicious ground and pound as well as improved striking.
He entered the UFC after just two fights but continued his win streak and proved he was able with wins over the likes of Cheick Kongo and Jake O'Brien.
He defeated Pride FC legend Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira to cement his status as a top contender.
