Carlos Condit is an American fighter from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He trains at Greg Jackson's gym with the likes of GSP, Rashad Evans and Nate Marquardt. He trained at Arizona Combat Sports but moved back to New Mexico to be closer to home.

Condit held the WEC 170lbs belt, defending it three times before the division was dissolved and he crossed over to the UFC. He entered the Octagon riding an eight-fight win streak.

He holds notable wins over the likes of Frank Trigg, Brock Larson and Jake Ellenberger although he dropped a close decision to Martin Kampmann in his UFC debut.
