Hatsu Hioki is a Japanese featherweight fighting out of Team Alive in Tokyo.

He has mostly plied his trade in his native Japan on Shooto, Pride FC and Sengoku cards but has also fought in North America.

He holds notable wins over the likes of Rumina Sato, Jeff Curran and Mark Hominick.
