Each month you will get the following information:

I will write your programme; you choose whether you train 2, 3, or 4 days per week. The programme will be designed and ready for you to put into operation each month. This alone will literally explode your performance gains to the next level. You have my guarantee on that!

Within this programme there will be elements of maximal strength, explosive strength, hypertrophy (muscle building), strength endurance, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bands and chains and all the other tools that you need to build that killer physique and get super strong! BUT, having said that, you do not need any fancy equipment to complete my programmes. Just a regular gym with barbells and dumbells will be fine.

  • A nutritional lesson to aid your training and maximise your gains

I studied nutrition at university within my strength and conditioning masters degree. I also studied under the world renowned Dr John Beradi and I can tell you that the simple nutritional advice I will give you will support your training and help you achieve the gains so much faster. You simply cannot ignore these basics and you will get them…every month!

  • A video library of all exercises in the programme AND coaching points on all of them

I’m not going to give you the programme and leave you to crack on, not a chance! I will support you every step of the way just like I do with the elite athletes and clients I work with on a daily basis.
