Martin Rooney's reputation as one of the leading strength and conditioning coaches in mixed martial arts comes through his success stories in the likes of the Miller brothers and Ricardo Almeida. His published works (including 'Training For Warriors' and 'Train To Win') are regarded as some of the leading sources in the field, and he has also helped various Olympians en route to medals.
Now, Rooney will be in England to showcase some of his favoured techniques and protocols with a two day's worth of seminars.

Day 1 will feature the famous 'Warrior Training':
The Warrior day will focus on Martin Rooney's exclusive Training for Warriors system. He will be covering the coveted training principles that he has used with elite fighters from the UFC, Pride and Olympics. The "Warrior Day" hands on session will focus on specific circuit training, featuring the infamous Hurricane Training of the TFW system, which has given elite fighters the world over the winning edge so that they can devastate opponents.
Day 2 focuses on speed and strength, something key for fighters and athletes in general.
This rare chance to train with such a heralded and highly regarded coach comes at the Optimal Life Fitness Centre in London, and full details can be found here.
Rooney's approach and proven results cannot be overlooked, and anyone serious about their conditioning and strength work for MMA would benefit from spending time with the man himself.
