Darren Towler discusses his upcoming International Heavyweight Title fight against Jeff Monson at Made 4 The Cage 6 on June 16th.

Monson, a former UFC title contender, is a vastly experienced submission specialist and Towler is aware of this and factors it into his gameplan for the weekend.

Interview Highlights:

“This is definitely the biggest fight of my career. It’s a great opportunity to fight someone with his reputation. Ben Smith was my biggest fight, but this blows that out the water.”

On Monson:

“He’s a top fighter, his record speaks for itself I guess.”

On his gameplan:

“That’s my plan, to keep it standing. I’ll be moving out the way, keeping my distance from him, using the full cage.”
